Manage submissions
Search, organize, restore, and troubleshoot form submissions
Open a form and select Submissions to review the data it has received. The default Inbox excludes submissions already marked as spam or moved to trash.
Search and inspect submissions
Use the search field to find submissions by their stored values. Select a row to see all submitted fields, attachments, email-delivery status, spam reasons, and the event history for that submission.
The event history records actions such as:
- The submission being created
- Owner and submitter notification emails
- Form rules that matched
- Slack and Google Sheets deliveries
- Zapier and webhook deliveries
Inbox, spam, and trash
Use the filter menu to switch between Inbox, Spam, and Trash.
- Mark an unwanted submission as spam to keep it out of the inbox and suppress normal notifications.
- Move a submission to trash when it is no longer needed.
- Restore submissions from spam or trash when they were moved by mistake.
- Permanently delete submissions from trash.
Spam and trash are automatically cleared after 30 days.
Bulk actions
Select multiple rows with their checkboxes, then use the toolbar to move them to spam or trash. In the spam and trash views, bulk actions can restore or permanently delete the selected submissions.
Email-delivery status
When email notifications are enabled, the submission list shows the current delivery state. Open a submission for more detail when an email bounced or could not be delivered.
Export submissions
Use the form’s Exports tab to create a CSV export. See Analytics and exports for filtering options.
