Hide fields

Hide certain submission fields when viewing submissions

It’s not always you have control over the form your submissions are coming from. If you’re using a CMS or some other form of web app, they sometime insert hidden fields in to your form that shows up in your submissions but doesn’t provide any real value or they have strange names that look robotic and doesn’t really fit with what the field contains.

Hiding fields can be useful so your end-users see only the fields they submitted, as they submitted them.

Hiding fields

To hide unwanted fields, click on the little eye-icon in the top right when looking at a submission.

Click on the desired field in the pop-over, remove the checkmark next to it and hit “Save”. That field is now hidden when viewing the submission, from outgoing emails etc.
