Hide fields

Hide certain submission fields when viewing submissions

Sometimes the markup you cannot control (a CMS or third-party embed) adds hidden fields that show up in submissions with noisy or robotic names. Hide those fields so submission views and emails stay readable.

Hiding fields is useful when you want viewers and emails to show only the answers people actually meant to submit.

Hiding fields

Open a submission and click the eye icon in the top right.

In the popover, uncheck fields you want hidden and save. Those fields stay hidden in the submission view and in outgoing emails.
