Post form submissions to a Discord channel via webhook

FormBackend delivers Discord notifications through a Discord incoming webhook.

  1. In Discord, open Server Settings → Integrations, create a webhook, and choose the channel that should receive submissions.
  2. Copy the webhook URL Discord provides.
  3. In FormBackend, open the form Integrations tab, create a webhook, and paste that URL.

Submit a test entry and confirm the message appears in Discord. If nothing arrives, check the submission’s event history — see Webhooks for payload details and troubleshooting.
