Analytics and exports

Track submission volume and export form data to CSV

Each form includes Analytics and Exports tabs for understanding and downloading its submissions. Availability depends on your plan.

Analytics

The Analytics tab shows total, regular, and spam submission counts over time. Select a preset period or enter a custom start and end date to update the chart.

The regular-submission and spam series are shown separately, which helps identify traffic changes or sudden spam spikes.

CSV exports

Open Exports and select Start export to create a CSV file. You can optionally filter the export by:

• Start date
• End date
• Email-delivery status

Exports are generated in the background. Keep the page open or return later; the export list updates when a file is ready to download.

The CSV includes the submitted fields found across the selected records. Multi-value choices are joined into readable values, while address fields are expanded into separate columns.
